How it works:

Follow the link to your flute model and choose a service and available options to get the exact quote including shipping. Click on checkout button. You may select "email" to complete the order and send a check with your flute.

There is no need for excessive packaging. Your flute is well protected in it's case and some bubble wrap. You may purchase shipping insurance if you don't have music instrument insurance with Clarion or another such company. Our business insurance covers all flutes in the shop and in transit back to the customer, but not on the way here.

If you have any specific issues with your instrument you can write that in the checkout form. We will most probably detect all the issues while inspecting the flute, but it may be helpful to tell us in advance.

We have excellent loaner flutes, Sonare 505, either very well adjusted standard models or upgraded with Straubinger pads and gold springs. They are free with any service. You only pay for 2nd day shipping one way and ground shipping on the way back which is $45 total. We include the return fedex label in the box. You will have to drop it off at your local fedex/kinko's. Let us know if there isn't any in your area.
